Agri Value Chain Agronomist

• Design and implement crop protocols aligned with TMD team for demo and application to support stakeholders decision making
• Provide product and agronomy training to build partner trust and knowledge
• Deliver timely field support and technical services across partners area
• Maintain regular communication with partners field representatives through scheduled visits
• Track projects progress to drive demand generation and increase Syngenta product adoption
• Identify and develop new potential market opportunities through strategic scouting

Accountabilities

• Deliver agronomy expertise on agreed crops to stakeholders
• Ensure proper implementation of technical protocols through technical training
• Develop and maintain effective project monitoring plan
• Coordinate demo, meeting and training session based on specifics requirements
• Regular connect with field project representatives
• Drive successful project implementation and field campaigns
• Able to work with cross-functional team
• Provide value chain opportunities analysis and provide implementation support with ongoing monitoring

• Minimum bachelors degree for Agriculture
• Understand market dynamics and environment
• Able to work independently and cross function collaboration
• Understand farm management
• Experience in Agronomy/Sales/R&D or relevant role (2-3 years)
• Confidence in contributing ideas of improvement
• Good communication, coordination and presentation skills to all stakeholder
• Dynamic and flexible to handle changes in self and others
• Have deep understanding of crop, agronomy and product knowledge
