Agent Insurance Jr. Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with individual insurance partners and agents
• Coordinate regularly with insurance agents and companies regarding claim policies, tariffs, and patient services
• Provide clear and accurate information about hospital services to insurance partners and agents
• Manage and monitor patient referrals from individual agents or brokers to ensure smooth admission processes
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints from insured patients and insurance representatives in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare periodic performance reports related to individual insurance partners and agents
• Deliver information and assistance to insured patients, ensuring a seamless and patient-centered experience
• Conduct internal updates and training for service teams regarding insurance products, coverage, and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital insurance operations, TPA, or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows (referrals, claims, policies, and patient handling)
• Familiar with hospital operations and patient service standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
