Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive employer in the property industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and hiring standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field from a reputable univerity
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Experience in the property/real estate, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
