Role Description

This is a performance based commission position (non fix income position). Full-time hybrid role for an Agency Life Planner based in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The Agency Life Planner will identify and engage potential clients, offer tailored financial and insurance solutions, and develop lasting client relationships. Duties will include conducting sales and marketing activities, understanding clients needs, and delivering expert advice to guide them toward the most suitable financial plans. This role combines in-office activities with occasional work-from-home opportunities and requires a proactive and service-oriented approach to meet customer needs and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Insurance and General Insurance
• Strong expertise and knowledge in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building abilities
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide personalized financial solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid environment
