Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Aftersales Sparepart Supervisor. Responsibilities include managing spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability of spare parts to support business operations, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. The role also involves monitoring order processing, optimizing stock levels, and driving continuous improvement in management and distribution of spare parts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Spare Part Management, including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.
  • Proficiency in Supplier Coordination and Operations Management, ensuring timely delivery and good supplier relationships.
  • Strong skills in Resource Management and Process Improvement to optimize workflows and support aftersales operations efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools and systems utilized in spare parts management and inventory tracking.
  • Background in the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle spare parts is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good speaking and writing communication in English.
  • Experienced in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical and parts relevant to the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
