After-Sales Technical Engineer

Job Qualifications (Fresh Graduates):

1. D4/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Battery Technology.

2. Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and BMS systems.

3. Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience.

4. Familiar with safety standards.

5. Willing to travel for service assignments.

For Experienced Applicants:

• Minimum 2-3 years in after-sales or battery/EV service engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical after-sales support for battery systems.

2. Ensure service quality and manage warranty processes.

3. Analyze field issues and suggest improvements.

4. Prepare reports and documentation.

5. Deliver training and technical guidance.
