Develop monthly affiliate execution plans (content direction, campaign mechanics, budgeting, and target setting) to support sales achievement of affiliate channels.
Design, propose, and optimize affiliate program schemes including commission structure, incentive programs, tiering systems, and tactical campaigns to drive conversion and GMV growth.
Research and identify potential affiliate partnerssuch as influencers, content creators, and affiliate networksto onboard and grow the affiliate ecosystem, supporting business expansion and driving sales growth.
Analyze affiliate performance data, competitor benchmarking, and market trends to identify growth gaps, improvement areas, and new monetization opportunities.
Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational & business goals.
Oversee and manage affiliate marketing activities ensuring content quality, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication.
Min. 3 - 4 years in Affiliator fields.
Having experience in Beauty Industry, E-Commerce or Retail.
