We are looking for an Affiliator Strategic Head to lead and strengthen our affiliate marketing ecosystem — driving performance, partnership growth, and digital excellence across multiple channels.
What you will do
- Develop and execute short- and long-term affiliate marketing strategies aligned with ERHA's business goals.
- Lead and coach the affiliate marketing team to deliver strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee partnership management, negotiation, and engagement with key affiliates, influencers, and creators.
- Monitor and optimize campaign results through data analytics, conversion tracking, and ROI evaluation.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective processes, affiliate tools, and content quality control.
- Provide strategic insights and performance reports to support business growth.
What we are looking for
- 5–7 years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale affiliate programs in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Proficient in affiliate platforms (Impact, Everflow, etc.), data analytics, and budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, adaptable, and results-driven professional with strong stakeholder management.
