Affiliate Partnership Manager TikTok & Shopee

Kanmo Group is a leading Indonesian retail and distribution company established in 2005, managing over 50 global lifestyle, fashion, kids & baby brands. The group operates more than 340 stores nationwide with a strong omnichannel presence, integrating physical stores and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee to deliver seamless shopping experiences.

Role Overview:

As the Affiliate Partnership Manager for TikTok and Shopee across Kanmo Group's brands, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end affiliate partnerships and agency collaborations. Your main mission is to expand affiliate networks, drive growth in revenue, and optimize affiliate marketing performance on these strategic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns on TikTok and Shopee to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, activate, and manage affiliates, creators, and agencies, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with Kanmo's brand values.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with affiliates and agencies to maximize growth and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs such as GMV, CTR, ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate affiliate agreements, manage contracts, and oversee budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and digital teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and influencer ecosystems on TikTok and Shopee.
  • Report regularly to senior management on affiliate program performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably managing TikTok and Shopee affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee platforms, their affiliate tools, and e-commerce ecosystem is essential.
