Affiliate Specialist - Temoo

About the Role:

We believe in the power of affiliate community as one of the strongest drivers of our growth. We&aposre looking for a passionate and driven Affiliate Acquisition Specialist to help us expand our affiliate program, with a specific focus on mom communities and parenting audiences.

As an Affiliate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end affiliate recruitment and onboarding, focusing on finding and nurturing potential mom affiliates from marketplaces and social platforms.

Resposibilities:

• Source and onboard as many potential mom affiliates as possible, mainly through marketplace databases and direct outreach.
• Research and source potential affiliates, especially from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Build and maintain a clean, up-to-date affiliate master database.
• Reach out to prospects and invite them to join Hiboo Babys affiliate program via a more personalized outreach
• Introduce our brand values and the benefits of becoming a Hiboo affiliate.
• Build and maintain strong initial relationships with newly onboarded affiliates.
• Guide new affiliates through the early stages, including how to create simple, mom-and-baby-friendly content and how to use affiliate links.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to help new affiliates get started.
• Monitor early affiliate performance (content posting, affiliate link usage, sales progress).
• Regularly follow up and encourage consistency and improvement during their onboarding phase.
• Collect and manage incoming product sample requests from affiliates.
• Once affiliates are active and running smoothly, the acquisition team hands them over to the Community Management team for long-term relationship management.
• Other activities requested by your direct manager related to the role.

Requirements:

• Strong experience working with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM/data platforms.
• Comfortable managing large volumes of data and turning it into clear, actionable information.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to clean data workflows.
• Bonus: Familiar with marketplace affiliate systems (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok) or e-commerce tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
