Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Source and curate potential affiliates who align with the brand identity and target audience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing affiliates through effective communication.
• Approach and negotiate collaboration terms, including commission structures, deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.
• Manage and regularly update campaign information across various affiliate groups and platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize commission payouts through Shopee and TikTok dashboards to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in developing affiliate marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance for maximum ROI.
• Collect and analyze performance data from campaigns; prepare comprehensive reports and insights to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate activities and campaigns.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to expand the affiliate network.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, platform policies, and competitor activities related to affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate or influencer networks.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, such as Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Shop, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and overcome challenges.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve targets and support brand growth.
