Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs, collaborating with partners to drive online affiliate traffic, and analyzing campaign performance to improve results. Responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, developing campaign content, and staying updated on industry trends to maximize effectiveness. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will work with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for partner management and internal collaboration
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing platforms and affiliate management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
