12 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist or a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome).
Strong communication skills, quick response, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability.
Detail-oriented, able to work with basic data in Excel, and familiar with affiliate tools.

Job Description:
Finding and onboarding new affiliates, including commission rates negotiation.
Providing affiliates with the necessary tools and resources, such as banners, links, and promotional materials (sample product).
Overseeing day-to-day affiliate activities, including (make sure sample distribution runs smoothly end-to-end, monitor content production, engage with existing affiliates, provide support (if needed), and respond the inquiries)
Create report including sample distribution report and performance report.
Monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data, and identifying trends to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Analyze performance of each campaign.
Analyse trends & competitor activities to strengthen brand performance across all platforms.
