Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Affiliate Marketing Manager role based in Jakarta. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee the development and management of affiliate programs to drive partner and company success. Regular responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, overseeing campaigns, identifying new partnership opportunities, and analyzing affiliate performance. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring the alignment of business goals with affiliate outreach and activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

- Previous experience in media, digital marketing, or a related industry is a plus

1. Strategy & Growth
- Define end-to-end TikTok Affiliate strategy (content, creators, products, funnel).
- Set clear targets for GMV, revenue, ROAS, and monthly growth.
- Build short-term wins while developing a long-term affiliate engine.
- Explore and test new models:
- UGC affiliate, mass creators, live affiliate, and hybrid ads.
2. Creator & Network Management
- Build and manage a scalable affiliate creator ecosystem (nano mid top creators).
- Design creator segmentation and incentive structures (tiering, bonuses, commission schemes).
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate creators at scale.
3. Product & Campaign Optimization
- Curate affiliate-friendly and scalable products.
- Collaborate with brands and merchants on:
- Commission strategies
- Campaign timelines
- Stock and pricing readiness
- Evaluate product performance using key metrics:
- CTR, CVR, and refund rate.
4. Content Direction (Strategic, Non-Creative)
- Define winning content patterns (hooks, angles, formats).
- Provide creators with clear guidance: briefs, benchmarks, and trend mapping.
- Analyze viral patterns, then replicate and scale what works.
5. Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor performance on a daily and weekly basis:
- GMV
- Conversion rates
- Creator productivity
- SKU performance
- Turn data into insights and action plans (not just reports).
- Continuously improve SOPs to keep operations lean and efficient.
6. Team & SOP Management
- Lead and manage the affiliate team (creator operations, campaign management, analytics).
- Develop SOPs for onboarding, reporting, payouts, and dispute handling.
- Scale the team efficiently without creating operational chaos.
