AFFILIATE MARKETING LEAD
Role Summary
Responsible for establishing and managing influencer partnerships across TikTok and Instagram. The role will begin with hands-on execution (outreach, negotiation, coordination). After demonstrating strong performance, the candidate will advance into a Team Leader role to build and lead the influencer partnership team.
Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain relationships with top-tier, mid-tier, and micro influencers on TikTok and Instagram, including continuous new creator sourcing.
-Lead influencer communication, negotiation, pricing discussions, and campaign scheduling.
-Content delivery, monitor performance, and analyze results (reach, engagement, GMV, ROI).
-Maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and agencies.
-Collaborate with Online, Branding, and Content teams to support campaigns and daily content needs.
-Upon promotion to Leader, build and manage the influencer partnership team.
Job Requirements
-25 years of experience in influencer outreach and negotiation (TikTok or Instagram experience is a must).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent execution ability; able to drive partnerships independently.
-Familiar with the Indonesian influencer ecosystem; experience in beauty/health/lifestyle categories is a plus.
-Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English for daily communication.
-Existing influencer or agency connections are highly preferred.

-Monthly number of new creators onboarded
-Performance of influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion)
-Coverage across top-tier and mid-tier influencers
-Cost efficiency (ROI)
-Long-term partnership rate and re-engagement rate
