WE'RE HIRING Affiliate Marketing Executive

LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive who can help grow our affiliate ecosystem and drive sales performance across our brands.
This role focuses on managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue through affiliate marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and content creators
- Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rate, and sales
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-performing campaigns and promotional content
- Monitor affiliate activities to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Explore new partnership opportunities to grow and strengthen the affiliate network
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably handling platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or Tokopedia
- Knowledgeable in social media content and e-commerce campaign activation to support sales performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and sales data
- Experience in leading or coordinating a team is a plus
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple campaigns
