Affiliate Manager

Job description

• Build & execute affiliate roadmaps tailored to fit 5 different brands and their target markets.
• Lead & coach Affiliate Specialists to recruit, onboard & retain high-performing creators (Affiliators).
• Manage product samples, negotiate commission rates, & secure deals with mega-creators .
• Track daily affiliate revenue to hit GMV goals while maintaining a healthy cost-to-revenue ratio across all brands.

Job requirements

• 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing or MCN Management, with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing principles
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance data
