Affiliate Campaign Specialist (Project Based)

Job Description:

1. Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals like revenue targets and affiliate acquisition on TikTok

2. Oversee the affiliate program, handling recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates

3. Scout and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our network and reach diverse audiences

4. Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission rates, and payment terms effectively

5. Collaborate with internal teams for creating affiliate-friendly promotional materials and campaigns

6. Offer support and resources to affiliates for maximizing their performance and achieving results

7. Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes

Requirements:

1. Advanced understanding of any affiliate programs
2. Min. 1-3 years work experience in the sales department, affiliate management, social media department
3. Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
4. Strong verbal/spoken and written English communications is a plus
5. Strong negotiation, public speaking and influencing skills
6. Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
7. High self-motivation and target oriented
8. Available for 6 months project based contract
9. Willing to work at Kembangan, West Jakarta
