Job Description:
1. After-Sales Service and Support
Customer Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to technical inquiries from overseas customers regarding charging piles and power systems, providing professional answers.
Problem Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct preliminary analysis of after-sales issues reported by customers to identify the root cause of the fault.
Solution Provision: Provide feasible solutions based on the type of problem (e.g., remote guidance, on-site repair, spare parts replacement).
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Complex Fault Troubleshooting: Provide in-depth technical support for complex technical issues (e.g., remote diagnosis, on-site troubleshooting).
Repair Technical Analysis: Guide or assist customers/local teams in completing repairs and provide technical analysis reports.
Repair Progress Tracking: Coordinate internal resources (e.g., spare parts, technical documents) to ensure repair efficiency and provide regular updates to customers.
3. Customer Feedback Collection and Product Improvement
Problem Summary and Analysis: Systematically compile common problems reported by customers and analyze the root causes (e.g., design defects, operating environment).
Improvement Suggestions: Collaborate with R&D departments to propose product optimization solutions or customized suggestions.
4. Customer Maintenance Support
Training Material Development: Develop training materials for charging pile/power system maintenance (e.g., operation manuals, troubleshooting guides).
Implementation Follow-up and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of activities, collect customer feedback, and optimize subsequent services.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineering or related major), 1-3 years of after-sales experience in the automotive/new energy industry;
2. Industry Background: Familiar with the technical principles of new energy vehicle power systems or charging piles; experience in automotive parts after-sales service is preferred;
3. Proficient in common fault diagnosis methods for charging piles/power systems;
4. Fluent in English (able to write technical reports and conduct meetings);
5. Cross-cultural communication skills, able to handle customer complaints or emergencies from overseas customers.
