Role Overview
We are seeking a Jakarta-based Aesthetic Doctor to serve as our Brand Ambassador and Scientific Spokesperson. This is not a full-time clinic role, but a strategic, ongoing ambassador position. You will represent Majestic Cosme at events, seminars, and educational sessions in malls, premium beauty stores, and partner clinics, explaining the science behind our Japanese anti-aging technology and educating customers on how and why our products work.
Twice a year, our ambassadors are invited to Japan to visit our manufacturing facilities, receive in-depth product and technology training, and preview upcoming innovations before they reach the Indonesian market.
This role is ideal for a doctor who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and anti-aging, enjoys public speaking and education, and wants to be closely connected to the latest Japanese skincare technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Public Speaking & Brand Representation
- Serve as the main medical spokesperson for Majestic Cosme in Jakarta.
- Deliver talks, presentations, and product education sessions at:
- Mall and department store events
- In-store activations and beauty gatherings
- Partner clinic events and professional seminars
- Explain, in a clear and engaging way, the science of Japanese anti-aging skincare, including mechanisms of action, key ingredients, and how to integrate our products into customers routines.
- Participate in Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and live demonstrations where appropriate and in line with medical ethics and local regulations.
Medical & Scientific Education
- Translate complex skincare and anti-aging concepts into language that premium customers can easily understand, without overclaiming or making non-compliant medical promises.
- Stay up to date on global and Japanese trends in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, and connect those trends to Majestic Cosme's product offerings.
- Contribute medical input to our training materials used for retail staff, beauty advisors, and partner clinics.
- Support development of educational content (e.g. scripts, key messages, FAQs) for events and digital channels, aligned with company guidelines.
Brand Ambassador & Content Presence
- Act as a visible, trusted medical face of the brand at public events and occasionally on digital channels (short videos, live sessions, interviews, media appearances) when required.
- Maintain a professional, ethical public image consistent with the standards of IDI (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia) and aesthetic medicine associations.
- Participate in photo/video shoots and media interviews related to Majestic Cosme's technology, innovations, and Japan visits.
Japan Training & Collaboration
- Travel to Japan (approximately twice per year) for:
- Factory visits and behind-the-scenes exposure to our manufacturing processes
- Technical training with Japanese R&D and medical advisors
- Early briefings on new technologies and products before Indonesian launch
- Share key learnings from Japan training with Indonesian teams, retail staff, and partner clinics through internal presentations and training sessions.
Networking & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Premium department stores and retail partners
- Aesthetic clinics and fellow doctors interested in Japanese skincare
- Key opinion leaders in the aesthetic and anti-aging space (non-influencer, scientific-oriented profiles)
- Provide field feedback on customer questions, concerns, and product experience to help our team improve communication and future product development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Licensed medical doctor (Dokter Umum or relevant Spesialis) with valid STR and SIP in Indonesia.
- Completed recognized education/training in aesthetic medicine (e.g. courses or certification accredited by Kemenkes and/or professional bodies such as PERDESTI Perhimpunan Dokter Estetika Indonesia or equivalent aesthetic medicine organizations).
- Currently practicing or with recent clinical experience in aesthetic/anti-aging treatments (e.g. injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation, cosmetic dermatology).
- Residing in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and able to attend frequent in-person events in Jakarta's premium malls and beauty stores.
- Strong interest and passion for anti-aging science, skincare technology, and especially Japanese cosmetic innovation.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills; confident presenting in front of small and large audiences.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a high level of integrity and alignment with medical ethics and local regulations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable explaining technical concepts in clear, simple language.
Preferred
- Active membership in professional associations related to aesthetic medicine (e.g. PERDESTI or similar).
- Experience speaking at seminars, workshops, or brand/clinic events.
- Ability to communicate in English (for training sessions with Japanese and international teams).
- Comfortable appearing on camera for short educational videos, livestreams, or media interviews.

Work Arrangement & Compensation
- Engagement type: project-based brand ambassador role (not a full-time clinic position).
- Frequency: Participation in brand events, launches, in-store activations, and training sessions according to an agreed yearly event calendar (typically in Jakarta's premium malls and top beauty retailers).
- Location: Primarily Jakarta (on-site at malls, premium stores, and selected clinics). Periodic travel to Japan for training.
- Compensation:
- Competitive event-based honorarium, with total potential earnings up to IDR 30,000,000 per month depending on the number of events and Japan visits.
- All travel and accommodation expenses for official Japan training trips covered by the company (according to company policy).
