About the position

As an Advisory Associate, you will be involved in analysing financial data, developing financial models, and collaborating with clients to deliver practical, insight-driven advisory solutions. This role offers the opportunity to support either financial advisory or accounting advisory, depending on the candidate's experience and assessment results.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or related fields with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  2. Master's degree or overseas university experience is a plus.
  3. Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is a plus.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  6. Positive attitude towards challenges and opportunity to learn.
  7. Service-oriented, responsible, and willing to work in dynamic environments.

Job Descriptions:

Financial analysis & modelling

  • Conduct financial and industry research to support project analysis.
  • Assist in analysing financial statements, trends, and key metrics.
  • Gather, review, and organize financial data from clients or external sources.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of financial models and valuations

Consulting

  • Working closely with clients to identify sources of financial data, and establishing the best way to gather and process the data.
  • Helping clients develop, implement, and maintain financial control procedures.
  • Identifying complex accounting problems related to workflow processes.
  • Suggesting the best solution to identify accounting problems.
  • Interacting with clients and team members for both month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensuring the accounting process is performed with technical proficiency, in a timely manner, and in accordance with applicable professional accounting standards.
  • Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
