About the Role
We're looking for an Ads Specialist who can manage paid ads and analyze results to continuously improve outcomes. This role combines hands-on ad execution with data analysis to support smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale paid ads across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Marketplace Ads)
Monitor daily performance, budgets, and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
Test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve results
Prepare simple performance reports and recommendations
Collaborate with creative and ecommerce/sales teams to align ads with the goals
Requirements
24 years experience in e-commerce performance, growth, or analytics roles.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and marketplace ecosystems.
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets/Slides; knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into visualization & actionable strategy.
Experience supporting affiliate programs and livestream commerce is a plus.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
