Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Ads Data Analyst to manage end-to-end digital campaigns for our brand clients. This role focuses on operational execution from media planning, ad setup, budget allocation, optimisation, to performance reporting across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.

Ideal for someone analytical, numbers-driven, and comfortable handling client budgets and campaign performance data.

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns daily to meet performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc).
  • Allocate and control client budgets with accurate calculations and pacing strategy.
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance insights to internal teams/clients.
  • Research audience, competitors, and trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative & account teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to final reporting.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in digital ads/media buying/performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads (must-have).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with numbers & budgets.
  • Experienced in tracking metrics and interpreting data (Excel/Sheets/Looker Studio).
  • Detail-oriented and operationally strong
  • Good communication skills (Bahasa & English).
  • Agency experience is a plus.
