Job Description

The Warehouse Outbound Admin is responsible for managing outbound goods, including inspection, packaging, documentation, shipment insurance processing, checking new instruments, and participating in monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibility

  • Perform the outbound goods process, including creating pick tickets, verifying quantity, batch, UoM, item codes, and labels, posting goods issue in the system, packaging items according to applicable Work Instructions, submitting shipment insurance, and maintaining proper filing of outbound documentation.
  • Inspect new instruments before they are dispatched.
  • Participate in monthly stock take activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with Logistic / Industrial Engineering / related major, min. GPA 3.00
  • Experience in warehouse activity, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc) is a must
  • Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and creative thinking
  • Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Willing to be placed at warehouse Halim, East Jakarta
