Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrator at Primarasa Food Industri located in Wonogiri, Central Java.
The Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including:
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assisting in general office support.
- Coordinating with other departments and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of a D3 degree in any major is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, MYOB).
- Monitoring warehouse stock and tracking the inflow and outflow of goods.
- Managing and archiving distribution documents such as invoices and delivery orders.
- Scheduling shipments and communicating with distributors and customers.
- Processing payments and managing expenses related to distribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
- Placement in Wonogiri, Central Java.
- Willing to attend training in Kediri.
