Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrator at Primarasa Food Industri located in Wonogiri, Central Java.

The Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including:

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting in general office support.
  • Coordinating with other departments and vendors as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a D3 degree in any major is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, MYOB).
  • Monitoring warehouse stock and tracking the inflow and outflow of goods.
  • Managing and archiving distribution documents such as invoices and delivery orders.
  • Scheduling shipments and communicating with distributors and customers.
  • Processing payments and managing expenses related to distribution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Placement in Wonogiri, Central Java.
  • Willing to attend training in Kediri.
