Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Hyde Padel, located in Surabaya. The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing office operations, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments. Additional tasks may include coordinating schedules, liaising with vendors and partners, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in administrative software and tools, including scheduling tools and office productivity software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships and collaborate with team members and external partners
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to support various tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus
