Company Description AspinRock is a Raleigh-based private equity and infrastructure advisory firm. We operate at the intersection of quantitative finance and institutional risk management. We are currently executing a global expansion strategy across 13 countries, utilizing high-velocity Proof of Work systems to identify and mitigate M&A gaps for Fortune 1000 clients.

Role Description This is a high-intensity, 8-week vocational training program. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will be trained in the AspinRock Method of institutional due diligence. You will move past theoretical finance and into the mechanical reality of analyzing global corporations.

Training Modules & Responsibilities:

• Equity Research Simulation: Identifying procedural and governance gaps in major US and Asia-listed corporations by analyzing 10-K and Annual Reports.
• M&A Risk Mapping: Learning to benchmark target companies against global regulatory standards (SEC, GAFI, and FRA).
• Financial Modeling: Assisting in the development of Observer's Notes that synthesize complex balance sheets into actionable executive briefs.
• Quantitative Logistics: Utilizing tools like Google BigQuery to track market volatility and sectoral shifts.

Qualifications:

• Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.7 (or Istimewa, Sangat Baik/Excellent, Very Good or local equivalent).
• English Fluency: High-level professional English is mandatory for analyzing US SEC filings.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is a major advantage.
• Structured Mindset: You value factual accuracy over guesswork and can meet strict 48-hour deliverables.
