Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Surabaya, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling clerical duties, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting executive team members and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Competence in Clerical Skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Previous administrative experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field are preferred
