Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and data consolidation accurately and on time.
  • Support project coordination, including planning, tracking progress, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical insights and improve workflows.
  • Prepare and present data reports clearly to support decision-making.
  • Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative support, data analysis, or business-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of databases (MySQL preferred).
