Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all warehouse administration processes, including operational documentation and system input.
  • Manage manpower planning, workload distribution, attendance monitoring, and overall admin productivity.
  • Supervise and develop the admin team to ensure compliance with SOPs and audit standards.
  • Perform data processing and analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Drive administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 35 years of experience in logistics/warehouse administration, including team leadership.
  • Proven experience managing a team handling full warehouse administration processes.
  • Strong data processing, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with logistics systems (ERP/WMS) and advanced Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and knowledgeable of logistics SOPs and compliance standards.
