Responsibilities:
Health, Safety, Environment, Community, and Quality
- Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
- Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under PTAMNT Management System, PTAMNT vision, mission, and values.
- Implement and comply with all company&aposs environmental policies and procedures including but not limited to waste management, water management, energy conservation, biodiversity conservation, environmental incidents handling and reporting
- Oversee the compliance of environmental policies and procedures in his/her respective work area.
- Ensure the compliance of environmental management and protection permits in his/her respective work area.
- Accept personal responsibility for the health and safety of every worker under or assigned to his/her supervision.
- Carry out regular inspection, safety meetings to address mine safety.
- Accept personal responsibility for the health and safety of every worker assigned to his/her supervision.
- Prepare and sign off inspection reports.
- Report on every hazard accidents and incidents.
Production/Technical/Projects
- Create a long-term schedule for the executive
- Ensure that the executive attends all important meetings
- Manage the executive&aposs phone calls
- Conduct any research the executive needs
- Make travel arrangements on behalf of the executive
- Problem-solves any issues that the executive requests
- Schedule meetings for the executive
- Communicate between the executive and employees
- Other duties as assigned.
Budget & Cost
- This Position is not eligible for Costing Budgeting.
Continuous Improvement
- May propose new procedure to ensure effective and efficient Department.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques and processes to improve customer service.

- Build strong expertise in own field, clearly understand own and team objectives/goal, and deliver consistent high performance.
- Ask for support and coaching and mentoring to supervisor for the development of workplace knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Communication (Committees, Meeting, and Required Liaising)
- Respond to instructions or enquiries promptly and in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Communicate progress of task to supervisor or colleagues as required
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration.
Experience
- Have min 3 years experiences in General office/clerical administrative.
Knowledge
- English proficiency at Intermediate Level or higher
- Computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, Email.
