Job Description

The Admin & Secretary for Legal supports daily legal operations, client and project administration, and internal coordination. This role also assists with marketing tasks, financial reporting, and executive requests to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client database and assist with retention programs.
  • Prepare proposals and support content planning.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and legal correspondence.
  • Assist project onboarding/offboarding and handle admin tasks via MS 365.
  • Coordinate project calls, documents, and reports.
  • Support financial tasks: petty cash, reimbursements, and billing.
  • Assist Board of Directors with special requests.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduates from any major.
  • 1 year of experience as an admin or secretary is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
