Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of Sekretaris Project, be an Assistant for Project Manager (BPO) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant for Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project coordination, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and provide analytical support for project strategies. This role will involve working closely with the team and clients in Japan and Indonesia to ensure project milestones are met and operations run smoothly. Proficiency in the Japanese language will be crucial for communication and documentation purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese language skills equivalent to N1/N2 and fluent communication skills. (attach certificate)
- Preferably with experience handling P3MI process & document handling to Japan, or BPO experience (especially BPO or Internships for cooperation with Japan)
- Preferably experienced in Business Development/Project administration handling between countries, especially with Japan.
- Able to communicate proactively in both Indonesian and Japanese, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Possess a hard-working, proactive mindset and willingness to learn new things.
- Has interest in management and international business development.
Job Scope/Description:
- Communicating with clients from Japan: Ensuring that client requests and objectives are conveyed to the team in Indonesia.
- Handling Labor Projects: Assisting in managing, preparing, and ensuring the completeness of all P3MI documents in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, including administrative processes, data updates, and coordination with relevant parties.
- Handling Company Administration: Managing administration related to contracts, invoices, permits, licenses, and company agreement documents in Indonesia and Japan.
- Providing operational support to the Back Office team, including daily administration management, document filing, and assisting with the smooth running of internal company processes.
- Providing support for IT projects, including assisting with coordination with relevant teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that the administrative and operational needs of the project are met.
