Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and monitor petty cash usage in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage petty cash administration and prepare periodic petty cash reports.
  • Handle administrative processes related to purchasing, sales, and reconditioning activities, including verification, data input, and document filing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of related financial data.
  • Maintain, organize, and manage financial and administrative documents and archives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle (NetSuite is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
  • Willing to work on a shift or on-duty (picket) system.
