Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields.
- Basic understanding of construction project management.
- Familiarity with project management standards such as Project Management Institute (PMI) or ISO 9001 quality documentation systems will be an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller in construction projects.
- Experienced in handling tender documents, contracts, working drawings, RFI, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Have experience assisting in the monitoring of project budget plans (RAB), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), and project cash flow.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Administration & Documentation
- Manage all project documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain version control of drawings and contract documents.
- Prepare documents required for meetings, tender processes, and audits.
B. Project Budget Monitoring
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring budget utilization.
- Prepare recaps of actual costs versus budget.
- Control administrative processes related to contractor and consultant payments.
- Prepare project cash flow reports and cost forecasts.
- Archive all project financial documents in a systematic and organized manner.
