Design and manage in-game ad monetization strategies.
Collaborate with Game Operations Team to ensure ads are well-integrated and non-disruptive
Manage relationships and integrations with ad networks, mediation platforms, and demand partners (e.g., Google Admob, Applovin Max, Mintegral, Unity, Inmobi, Etc.)
Monitor ad performance metrics (AIPU, RPM, Waterfall Performances, Fill Rate, Display Rate, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
Run A/B tests on ad placements, formats, and frequency caps to optimize user engagement and revenue
Stay up to date with ad tech trends, privacy regulations, and industry best practices
What We&aposre Looking For :
2+ years of experience in ad monetization within the gaming or mobile app industry
Strong knowledge of in-app advertising, programmatic ecosystems, and mediation platforms
Experience with mobile ads mediations Applovin Max / Google Admob
Analytical mindset confident in using tools like Excel, Firebase, Adjust, or Tableau
Familiarity with game development cycles and live ops is a big plus
Excellent communication skills you can bridge business and technical teams effectively
