Job Description

Job Description:

Identify, screen, and reach out potential sellers to join Shopee Mall
Conduct pitching and education both offline (store visits) and online (calls, emails, chats)
Ensure document completeness (IP/HAKI, legal, and brand certificates)
Assist sellers with registration, contracts, and onboarding process
Responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting progress in acquisition trackers or Project trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)

Requirements:

Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields preferred
Previous internship experience in sales, business development, key account management, or client/merchant acquisition
Proficiency in English is required
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet target
