Accounts Receivable Analyst

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree with GPA minimal. 3,00 majoring in Accounting
• Minimum have 1 year experience as finance/accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with SAP system
• Detail oriented
• Well organized
• Able to handle administrative things
• Willing to be placed in APL Tower, Jakarta Barat

Job Descriptions:

• Create invoices/bills & check the completeness of the accompanying documents
• Record invoice expenditures
• Forward to Collector to be sent
• Checking incoming money to the Bank
• Sending Delivery Notes to customers based on recommendations from Credit Collection Staff / Analyst
• Inputting all payment data received according to each Bank
• Checking & following up on A/R status
• Requesting Collector to collect A/R bills that are due.
