Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager in Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in leading successful campaign execution, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving cross-functional collaboration. This role demands a strong balance of project management, strategic thinking, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards, and timely posting of journals to the accounting system.
- Record journal entries for accruals, adjustments, corrections, and other necessary transactions.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare equalization between the General Ledger and Monthly Tax Report to ensure data consistency.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of all tax reports, such as PPN, PPh 21/23/25/29, and other mandatory filings.
- Provide tax advice and analysis related to business transactions, operational activities, and new tax regulations.
- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, or tax authorities regarding complex tax matters or inquiries.
- Maintain complete and compliant tax documentation and records to support audits and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- More than 3 years experience in Accounting and Tax
- Prefer experience from media-related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formula knowledge required Vlook Up, Pivot)
- Experience with accounting system such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Quickbook or similar accounting system)
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams across all levels of an organization
- Deep understanding of PSAK and tax regulations
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
