Accounting Tax Assistant Manager (Japanese Trading Company)

PERSOL Indonesia is assisting one of Japanese Adhesive Manufacture company, looking for Accounting Tax Finance Assistant Manager located in Jakarta Selatan

Key responsibility areas

Ensure accurate and timely bank payments

Manage petty cash properly

Ensure accurate transaction recording and timely closing

Maintain updated accounting knowledge and regulations

Taxation:

Monthly tax reporting (WHT Art. 23, 26, 4(2), VAT)

VAT & WHT reconciliation

Corporate Income Tax submission and tax office data support

Reporting & Closing:

BI reports (ULN, LLD, KPPK, SIMODIS)

Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Reports including audit support

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Finance
• Strong hands-on experience in Indonesian taxation (mandatory)
• Experience handling Corporate Income Tax and monthly tax compliance
• Experience in manufacturing company is preferred
• Experience preparing BI reports (ULN, LLD, KPPK, SIMODIS) is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK)
• Experience with accounting systems/ERP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Salary: Up to IDR 16.000.000
