As part of our continued growth and expansion, Gustodian is seeking to hire candidates for the role of an Accounting System Specialist. This is full-time position, based on Bali, Indonesia.

Definite preference will be given to candidates who have work experience in a vendor-like environment, supporting the hotel industry in Indonesia.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support to hotel finance teams using our accounting software systems
• Troubleshoot financial system issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Assist with system onboarding, configuration, and training for new hotel clients
• Review and map hotel chart of accounts, revenue streams, and financial workflows
• Work closely with product and support teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 13 years experience in Hotel accounting, accounts receivables/payables, or similar role in Indonesia/Bali
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, POS, or accounting systems (e.g., ABSS, Jurnal.ID, Accurate, Xero, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience supporting Accounting Systems to Hotel clients
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skillsable to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• A proactive, customer-first mindset
