Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department such as AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Asset, and other areas
  • Ensuring that all accounting major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring that all accounting processes align with accounting standard.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/industrial engineering with minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00.
  • Min. 3–5 years experience in Accounting or Finance, or related field may be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and management principles.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Oracle Netsuite and MS Office.
  • Having a Certificate of Certified Accountant (CA) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amount of data.
