We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and geothermal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise AP/AR, GL, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with SAK
- Manage project & cost accounting for geothermal operations
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and support budgeting & reporting
- Lead and develop the accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3–5 years accounting experience (energy/geothermal preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SAK & Indonesian tax
- ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Pronto preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills; CPA/CA is a plus
