Accounting Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor, based in south Tangerang. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The role includes supervising accounting staff, reviewing financial data for accuracy, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to optimize financial processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be required to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Knowledge and experience with Accounting Software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience managing and supervising a team is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are considered a plus
