Job Title: Accounting Supervisor – Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (or Remote)
Company Information: Daniel P. O'Reilly and Company (DPO&Co) is a boutique strategy consulting firm that specializes in rapidly delivering value to our clients. We engage exclusively with Private Equity firms on Operational Improvement, Due Diligence, Market Sizing, and Value Creation projects similar to those done at McKinsey, Bain, A.T Kearney, BCG, etc. Additionally, our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services are specifically targeted to mid-market clients to improve any inefficiency in the back-office functions by leveraging time zone difference. BPO performs several services, including Finance & Accounting, CRM, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, HR, Admin functions, and many more based on our clients specific needs. After several successful years and completing over 170 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Denver, Colombia, Philippines, India, and Indonesia. Our BPO team has tripled since 2020 and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team's experience and skills to the next level!
Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple BPO work streams, managing a team of senior and junior business analysts to ensure seamless execution and delivery, strong decision-making, and ownership
- Translate client objectives into clear, actionable deliverables, providing detailed guidance, coaching, and training to the team as needed while fostering accountability and supporting team development.
- Ensure high-quality execution of client projects by setting performance benchmarks, conducting regular reviews, and offering constructive feedback.
- Actively engage with client representatives to maintain expectations, address concerns, and provide regular progress updates.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients globally and locally.
- Oversee workflow management, optimizing internal operations through resource allocation, process streamlining, automation, and performance tracking.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as necessary, taking a hands-on approach to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to align project goals with broader business strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, client needs, and market developments to enhance service delivery and maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency, and overall team effectiveness.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, with 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within a corporate environment, Finance Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or related fields. Experience handling multiple entities, financial reporting, and/or FP&A is highly preferred. Previous experience in a Senior or Managerial role is an advantage.
- Experience with applicable software (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SQL, and other relevant tools) and ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite, Acumatica,IES, etc.)
- Strong communication and English proficiency – able to communicate in a full English environment

- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills are table stakes, as this is the primary medium by which we deliver our final product to clients
- Experience with ThinkCell a major plus, but we will train on the DPO&Co format
