Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Support senior accountants or the finance team in various accounting tasks.
  • Help with data entry and record keeping.
  • Follow company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and tax preparations.
  • Handle routine accounting queries and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.

Requirements

  • Candidate MUST possess Diploma Degree from Accounting.
  • Open for fresh graduate.
  • Have knowledge about GL, tax, reporting, AP & AR.
  • Detail oriented and hard-working.
  • Experienced in Pharmacy Industry (preferable).
