About the Role

XEXYMIX Indonesia is looking for an Accounting & Tax Staff (Import–Export) to support our financial operations, tax compliance, and import–export workflow. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks: journal entries, AP/AR, reconciliation

• Manage tax administration & reporting (PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, monthly filing)

• Support import–export documentation: invoices, duties, VAT, cost checking

• Prepare monthly financial reports & supporting schedules

• Verify vendor invoices, payments, and cost allocations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Coordinate with finance, logistics, procurement, and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

• 2–3 years experience in accounting or tax (import–export experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting & Indonesian tax rules

• Skilled in Excel (lookup, pivot) and accounting systems

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and deadline-driven

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus
