Accounting Specialist

Role Description

As an Accounting Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting cycle, with a specific focus on manufacturing costs, inventory reconciliation (WIP and finished goods), and daily journal entries. Beyond bookkeeping, you will handle bank reconciliations, ensure vendor payment accuracy, and maintain compliance with basic Indonesian tax regulations (PPN and PPh). Working closely with our production teams in Citeureup and our finance team in Jakarta, you will ensure that all financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with standard accounting principles (PSAK).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and financial tools
• Strong understanding of Journal transactionsand the accounting cycle.
• Prior experience in a Manufacturingenvironment is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented, honest, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to be stationed at either our Citeureup or Jakarta office.
