Accounting Specialist

Delonix Group Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Specialist – Financial Reporting & Tax to join our growing team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related activities within a group company environment.

You will be involved in handling accounting activities for multiple business entities, while also gaining exposure to tax reporting, Coretax, LKPM, and coordination with external parties such as consultants, auditors, and government agencies.

What You'll Do

• Record daily accounting entries for multiple entities under the group.
• Prepare depreciation, amortization, and necessary adjusting entries.
• Manage and control account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the preparation of financial statements for group entities.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax reports.
• Support tax calculation, Coretax reporting, and LKPM reporting.
• Submit relevant financial reports to government agencies when required.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, consultants, auditors, and related government agencies when needed.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation will be preferred.
• Strong numerical sense and high attention to detail.
• Good data processing and analytical skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily work will be an advantage.
• Familiar with tax calculation, Coretax reporting, and LKPM reporting is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Mandarin language ability will be a plus.
• Must be domiciled in Jakarta.
